hbo and espn are have good commentators. all of the ones we have here in britain are terrible.

They may be average, but it is a damn site better then listening to them annoying Top Rank commentators, who sound like to over enthusiastic Yanks debating a fight over a beer in the pub.

showtime and sky sports commentators do a good job

hbo and showtime fighters are too anecdotal... the sky fighters call the action instead of telling the life story of the fighters.

its not a commentator thing but when setanta first did a boxing show live they had steve bunce present it! i was cringing all over the place as he froze up haha.

Don't know what Setanta's problem is regarding presenters and commentators - they're all ****e! Setanta's production of programmes is rank rotten too. BUT, they ARE airing some good fights. Can't have everything I spose.

yeah the production is gash! but as you say atleast they showing pretty much ALL the big fights. we didnt have it this good when sky pick and chose the fights to show. they usually only showed ones with significance to a britsh fighter as in possible opponents etc

I hate John Rawling he goes off at 100mph then starts telling storys about how a fighter grew up miss 10 clean shot and call a mised jab as a great right hand.
