the uk version of contender??

there had been talk in an interview with sly stallone a few months back of a uk or even european version of the contender??? the obvious weight is welterweight where in the uk alone we have ali nuumembe, kevin anderson, michael jennings, david barnes, takaloo, eamonn magee, ross minter, mathew hatton, kevin mcintyre, tony doherty, john o'donell, kell brook, ted bami, colin lynes, young muttley, barry morrison and lenny daws! a version such as this would be great! and the presenters could be frank bruno and barry mcguigan ( both much loved in the mainstream ) and brian hughes, billy graham, enzo calzaghe, oliver harrison, brndan ingle could be 2 of thye coaches! what do u guys think??

don't think it will happen. the uk vs us contender didn't get much interest and the american version of the show has only made it as far as ITV4
