We didn't get to see enough Cerdan. His feet are also good.

Thats my take Lefty.from what we know and saw I would sum it up thustly:

Cedan was a technical marvel, fast and light on the feet, but smashing with the hands.

Walker was a monster! but he knew sommma that technical stuff too!



Seriously though we don't know enough about Marcel but that would be a great fight, especially as a trilogy where Cedan could have a fight to guage the Walker/Grebb type of volume and fire. Thats how Tunney managed to beat Grebb after losing the first time.

It seems likely that both Cerdan and Walker are vastly underrated, or at least vastly ignored, which is close to the same thing. We can put Robinson/Cerdan down as one of the greatest matchups that never happened but could have. There was potentially enough in that match to change the history of P4P lists in some significant way.

On the other hand, I would also saw off an ear to witness a Cerdan/Burley encounter, which was another realistically possible match nearly impossible to forecast confidently.
