You seriously believe that Tyson was a better late round fighter than Ali?

Does it matter? I don't see any situation of Ali tiring Tyson enough and being in good enough condition to make something from it.

Ribalta & Green are not Ali, and the best of Ali is just prior of his banning.
Tyson has NEVER been in with Tyson and vice versa for Ali except at their best Ali had more experience and fought a more diversified skill level of opponents.

There has never been a heavyweight with Ali's skill level prior or after him!
Don't compare Ali imitators to the original, it makes no sense.
Tyson was trained to face ALL types of challenges just like every fighter should be schooled.

Tyson was NOT an in fighter and thats adds to his problems when dealing with Ali. This would be a great match up for 6 or 7 but if Tyson can't get to Ali cleanly the tied will turn from 8 thru 15rds.

I'd pay to see it. It sure would be better than Wlad vs Fury!

In all honesty, I can understand your dislike of posters romanticizing the past too often and neglecting the modern greats, but nobody is ever going to take you seriously when you make these ridiculous over the top statements about fighters from the past as if they were complete tomato cans.

I think Tyson beats Ali as well, but the idea that he does so easily is just nonsense. He struggled a fair amount with an incredibly poor imitation of Ali in Quick Tillis.

Try to be more objective and genuine, and maybe your points would be taken seriously.

Son, you're new around here and ****** green. We try not to reason with Elturd, since we have learned it is a futile exercise. In fact, we like to speak about him rather than to him. Think about it, that's all he deserves.

Now the mods here are getting smart. They feed us just enough troll meat these days to keep things going, while reserve trolls are chained in the dungeon and released as needed. A troll who is not talked to dries up. If Elturd starts to dessicate too far, the mods can release one of his captive allies to nourish his strength again. They might go tagteam, cage Elturd for a while, and let Jugnuts out. A healthy balance.

We no longer beat our trolls to death, and we don't beat them senseless 'cause they're already senseless. You might say we beat them because they are senseless. We fling them to each other playing keepaway in teams, we toss them like orcas tossing a seal.
