There are a few good fighters that would give Wlad a very good run for his money.

Wlad was beaten by Sanders in his prime. I don't think it's too out there that guys like Morrison or Golota would have beaten him. I think they are better than Sanders. A lot actually.
I was looking for it but couldn't find it. Let me check it out and laugh.

Corrie Sanders fought on the undercard of Lewis vs McCall (1) in London 1994 Sanders in an interview in the official fight programme states that he wants to fight Lewis, he states that he will keep the pressure on Lewis for a fight. Sanders chased Lewis for the next 9yrs But Lewis wanted nothing to do with the 6ft 5in power-punching southpaw.
Haha, Sanders also said Lewis was a great inspiration to him as they had sparred. Maybe Sanders should have beaten a top 10 opponent to get a Lewis fight eh? That would be a good start. Instead, Lewis fought the guy that won over Sanders. And Sanders also got KTFO by journeymen himself, so it's not like anyone was asking for Lewis to fight Sanders. ever.

After his very very fortunate win over Vitali, Lewis ran off into retirement with his trousers full of brown, at the thought of Big Bro Wlad.
But let's start to take every pre-fight quotes as gospel and ignore the fact that nobody thought Lewis would even ever fight again after Tyson. He had basically retired but only wanted to fight against Tyson again for a huge payday. Instead, Tyson bottled it so HBO pushed Lewis to fight his mandatory and when he was out the date was already out there.
You're talking as if Lewis was fighting fit and active. He had the longest break in his entire career.

Convenient excuse though.

Why would you do that? haha. Good stuff, don't know how anyone could ever say Lewis has a better resume than RJJ.
"Roy Jones fought Hopkins at middleweight when he should have fought Champions like John David Jackson"
"Jones beat the Champions at 175 but who did they beat?"
"Take Jones wins against prime ATG's away and who did he beat?"
Some real zingers in that thread.
