Troy Waters vs Terry Norris - cant really explain why Im drawn to this, but I always enjoy watching it, reminds me of Rocky, no one gave him a chance and he didnt win, and he got his ass beat, but he still beat the expectations.
Mosley vs Margarito - kind of the same as Duran vs Moore, except the added benefit of it being a cheater getting savaged (albeit by a cheater)

I realize I'm going back a long way but I would recommend
Moore vs Durelle I.

After more than 50 years, this is still my favorite fight and one I
Can watch over and over. The 3rd knockdown of Archie in the first
round is stunning and his ability to overcome 4 knockdowns in total
is a testament to his heart.
