I think Orlando Salido deserves a mention. He's not a great fighter by any means but he has a great chin and usually more determination than his opponent. He started out with a record that would make him look like a journeyman but once he actually started to focus on boxing and had a manager that didn't throw him to the wolves he had success. Most people don't realize Salido's fight with JMM was the first fight that he made enough money to solely focus on boxing for a living.

I think Salido is pretty skilful, his record may not show it but I see high level boxing skills when I watch him. Haven't seen all of his fights though.
