  • ???? Question for the history section...

Who do u guys think will be p4p no 1 once manny and floyd are done up there???

post names then ill ad a poll of all the people u think will be there

    my money is on donaire

he has skills speed power and is a thinking mans fighter
very intleigent. he comes up with the gameplans for his own fights!

that combined with he freakish athletic ability and power makes me pretty confident that he will be able to jumpa a few weights and still kick a$$

he just has to move quick cause he is allreaady like 29 or 28 (but he doesnt take so much punishment and if he takes care of himself that athletisism will last for another 5-8 years)

if these guys aren't able to avoid him he's probably my best guess as well

its probably going to come down to who can get who in the ring to cement a spot at the top

donaire is too good for anybody below 126, in my eyes
and gamboa (and poor juanma if he's still got anything left) are both going to be jr LW or maybe even LW in the next two years. those are the money fights that he will be chasing.

andre ward could very well get there considering the amount of very solid contenders at 168 and 175

175 is going to be thick as all get out in one or two years . i personally cannot wait.

bute, froch, dirrell, ward, cloud, dawson, pascal... who knows.. maybe even johnson and hopkins ^^

If it were right now I'd pick Sergio Martinez. Assuming it is a couple of years then Donaire is as good a guess as any. You can't really put a cap on his potential at this point. Or it could be a skyrocketing prospect like Benavidez.

andre ward is another good bet cause i dont think people will duck him cause they wont be afraid of his power lol

i think donaire could be dynomite allthe way up to lw he really should be a fw or jrlw anyways

          benavidez is blue chip

i hope they take the slow road with him, though
he's actually still getting taller lol !

          talk about still growing.

and i'd put maravilla up there too, even with his age

his only issue will be guys moving away from 168 and a lack of competition at 160

i do think 175 would be far too much for him

benavidez looks good we will see tho he is still a long way to go...

i think sergio will fade out the same time than pac and may he might last a year or so longer at the elite level but he is d=so damn old

please take juanma off there lol.

he's got a horrible style for moving up
                and he's huge

he'll probably never fight at FW after his next fight.

he's going to have trouble making 130 in a couple years

and i know rios wont be a LW then
but can you imagine juanma against rios? dead in the water

If I were a boxing manager, Andre Ward would be the last guy I'd put my fighter in with. Nobody ever looks good fighting him, and I think that will still be the case when he eventually loses.
