Probably Mayweather Jr.
I remember seeing before that Pryor actually cheated in one of his fights with Arguello. His trainer said "Gimme the other bottle, the one that I mixed."
It had a liquid in it that helps expand your lungs to increase lung capacity and increase stamina for a short period of time. Perhaps Pryor would have lost to Arguello had he not used that and to those who say "it wouldn't have made a difference" if it wouldn't have made a difference, then he shouldn't have taken it in the first place.
I'm assuming people go by his performances against Arguello, and while Pryor is one of my favorite fighters, I just don't see him beating Jr. He's one of those fighters who's main strength is insane stamina, and since the bottle incident, it has to be called into question for all of his fights, or those in which he fought in a war, and looked fresh late in the fight, as was the case in the Arguello fight...
Anyway, give me Jr in this matchup. Floyd doesn't gas out himself, and even if he potshots his way to a decision, he still wins.

I'm going to go with Mayweather by UD, but not without a few scary moments.

And what of their rematch under a year later with a similar result when it was made sure there was no tainted bottle?
Secondly, he was at the end of his career - he didn't have it in him anymore and that was clear. It was not Arguello at his best.
Third, there was nothing that we know of, but if he cheated in that one fight that we know without a doubt, then it's possible that he cheated prior to that fight, and after that fight, so it is not out of the question/impossible that he did the same thing in their last fight.
Nothing against Pryor, but he brought something other than water to the ring and it's something that helps with stamina and breathing, both vital to a fight.
