Cool. I remember after that Ring Magazine predicted Leon would beat Holmes.

I remember the old closed circuit shows. Like a drive in theater with a fuzzy picture. It was fun but not as much as the real thing.

Scott9945, did you attend many of the Forum promoted cards in Aniheim or even Inglewood?

For some reason I often used to end up in Anaheim (an hour drive) for closed circuit fights. The Forum was much closer to me. I saw many of the Parnassus promoted cards at the Forum, usually featuring the great Mexican bantamweights. More often I would go to the Olympic Auditorium for boxing (along with wrestling and Roller Games).

You're right about the quality of the picture for CC. Also the sound was non existent with the crowd noise.
