I think hagler would have a good enough chin to take anythink rjj dishes out and even if it somehow played out like srl-hager hagler pounded srl at point and i dont think rjj's legs or chin would hold up.

    but what about u guys?
Well up to a short time ago I would have leaned towards Roy,..... but thanks to fightfan's extensive efforts, I found out from him that HAGLER KNOCKED LES DARCY out IN FIVE ROUNDS,....... 5 rds !!!!!........... After finding that out I have come to the conclusion that if Marvie can beat Darcy like that, he must be invincible. And invincible means, CAN'T BE Beat,...... can't,.............. wow how good is Hagler,......... Hagler KO 5 DARCY ?????//.......----------- Surely then Roy will lose by an early KO,...... well Darcy had twice the chin that Roy did,... didn't he ????...and Les couldn't Knock Hagler out............--------- yep Marv will win bt KO.......

      just a though.....

iii dont think he would hold up under the pressure...

hagler cuts him off and works the body....

      and eventualyl get him.

      jsut my thoughts though.....
Roy went straight back against guys bigger than him. Hagler is a small middleweight Roy would jab away and fight at his pace

Roy ate body punches for breakfast and if Hagler failed so miserable to cut off the ring against Leonard what makes you think he could do it to some one equally fast but someone much bigger and stronger.

Maybe because Hagler was past prime against Leonard and gave away three rounds out of ego? It was the last fight of his career and he still acquitted himself fairly well.

I'll take Roy Jones by unanimous decision and I'd like to bet my house on that please.

ur forgetting thae part from round 5 onwards were hagler landed clean hard shots to srl's head and body durring the times he pinned him on the ropes....

SRL was very close to quiting ....

i dont think roy would be durrable enough....

especialy under the 15 round limit....

LOL a blown up welterweight coming out of retirement was durable enough but not a bigger man Roy Jones? I don't know why people always get so irrational when arguing Roy Jones.

i do think srl was more durable and he was a very big welter and he had heart which is one of the most important thing when it comes to takeing punches and durablity...

rjj had spindly legs, a supect chin and he was ko'd by johnson a blown up middle weight with not much of a punch( yes i know he was past prime but i think u get my point wether u agree or not)

this isn NSB so dont "lol" at someones oppinion.....

LOL i don't even know if I can respond to this nonsense. Leonard coming off retirement in his first fight a middleweight more durable than Roy a very big middleweight. lol it just looks ****** typing it.

I personally have Hagler winning but by KO or decision, I don't know. He can give Roy hell if he puts on that balls-to-the-walls, stalker like mentality like he did VS Hearns where he kept coming forward.

Its one thing putting pressure on a smaller man in Hearns, who really only has power in one hand, and is known for his weak legs. Its another putting pressure on Roy who is much bigger than Hagler, dangerous with both hands.
