Thats what I'm wondering. Galindez was WBA champ when Conteh was holding the WBC championship. Why was there never a unification between these 2 great lhws of the 70's?? It seems Galindez was nit-picky about details, he almost turned down a fight with Rossman (and postponed it) because he didn't like an official. So it might've been him who made it difficult to happen.
