What Your Thoughts On Ali vs Frazier 2?

Obviousley I & 3 get alot of attention. What are your thoughts on there second fight?

The awful referee (Tony Perez) allowed Ali to hold Joe's head excessively. It was a terribly disappointing fight, especially considering how great the other two were.

Very disappointing, all told. It was the only fight with nothing official on the line, and they fought like it. Ali was the more enthusiastic to win of the two, but that manifested itself in the form of a bitterly cynical fightplan, which was to spoil ceaselessly. Frazier evidently did not deign to get in-shape, and ref Perez added a terrible halt to proceedings in the one lonely moment of interest to twelve uninterrupted rounds of permitting Ali to play fast-and-loose with the clinch.

The old maxim among raconteurs is that the middle of a story is the weakest point, and so it was for Ali and Frazier.
