The way I look at it is if you think Vitali has shown during his career he is the better fighter then Vitali has had the better career.

Yeah but he straight up quit against Byrd thats got to count against him, also his resume is extremely poor, every time he stepped up in class he lost, he has not beat anyone of note.

Wlad is better in everything other than punch resistance, so I dont see how he is in a different class.

Vitaly is the better fighter and prime for prime would destroy Wlad. Its no coincidence that fighers like Adamek and Haye would rather fight Wlad because they know that against him they at least have a punchers chance.

I count quiting in the Byrd fight against Vitali. I also count getting ko three times against Wlad. Plus against the same opponents Vitali has outperformed Wlad. I don't see either having a much better career then the other but to me Vitali has done a little better in his.

Wlad's the more accomplised of the two, but chin's important at heavy so i'd favour Vitaly. Both need a career defining fight, preferably against Haye.

I'm not so sure about head to head.

But I can't see a reasonable argument for who is the greater fighter.

Wlad clearly has a better resume than Vitali.

Wlad is better, faster, a harder puncher

Being faster and having the harder punch doesnt matter when you factor in their chins and toughness. Wlad might punch harder but Vitaly could take that punch while Wlad could not take Vitaly's. No way in hell Wlad could jab Vitaly like he does to these subpar hw's without taking fire in return and getting stopped.

If you don't like this section, why post in here? If you disagree with someones post about the Klitschkos quote it and counter them, don't come in here writing sweeping statements to provoke posters here, its pathetic.
