Lol, you keep ignoring my questions AND the issues. Who had Ruiz fought during the winning streak to make him worthy? The answer is NO ONE. So why did he deserve a shot against Lewis? Who wanted that fight? And Why shouldn't Lewis (who destroyed Ruddock who was rated #2) have gotten a shot against Bowe? You can't answer because it will contradict your argument for Ruiz. So who's wrong?

you are wrong.... Lewis should have gotten his shot at Bowe but priced himself out of it because he never fancied the job.. just like how Bowe described it in the video..

i put up links of Lennox Lewis promoter Panos Eliardes claiming the WBA was not going to strip Lewis of his title for fighting Michael Grant as long as Lewis fought Ruiz next and Eliardes claimed the date for the Ruiz fight was 15th July 2000 in London yet Lewis fought Botha on that date and was stripped of his title....

Now you call Rid**** Bowe for dumping his WBC belt rather than fighting Lewis but you claim Lewis done nothing wrong by not fighting Ruiz... Lewis is still a hero even tho he was stripped of all belts for refusing to fight the No1 contenders but Rid**** Bowe is a Liar... talk about double standards here.

but there seems to be double standards when it comes to Lennox Lewis on this forum (not by you Blackirish) Lewis was ok to dump belts for refusing to fight Ruiz & Byrd but Bowe is a bum and a liar for doing it... yet i cannot not believe Rid**** Bowe when he claims Lewis did not want the fight and knew that if he dragged his feet Bowe would be stripped... why is he a liar?

i asked JAB if all No1 contenders should be given a world title fight, he replied in as many words as "yes but not John Ruiz" which i find to be bazaar

Ruiz was promoted by Don King for most of his career. He probably only signed with GBP to get the Haye match, which (hopefully) was the last fight of his career.
