    he defeated Jake La Motta, and drew wiith Sugar Ray Robinson who only had one loss at that time, to Jake La Motta lol, should he be ranked with Wilfred Benitez?

          thats what I was thinking. cause he was accomplished and drew with argueably the best fighter in history and beat the raging bull like twice i belive, theres a ton of Puerto rican fighters that don't get mentioned in the ATG lists cause A: no footage B: ****** paper titles.
