Yep Michael Spinks has the power to knock out prime Wlad Klitschko. Because tons of guys under 225 have done it...

Wlad wasnt prime until 2006 dude. Everything before that was pre-prime Wlad. Guys have this thing called pre-prime. Pre-prime is before your prime.

Ali had one to, like when he was viciously sent to the canvas by Henry Cooper and needed smelling salts and a torn glove to be revived. That was preprime Ali. Chad Dawson clearly would have the power to knock Ali out of the ring at that point. See...pre prime.
