Good list..........prob could have found room in the top 50 for Charley Burley though......i am perplexed at how his name seems to be absent from lists like these or way down the bottom.

    Also....noIron Mike anywhere???

Let's move Leonard up about 18 spots. The list looks good to me

        And it begins.

The OP is knowledgeable enough to know that "Iron Mike" wasn't nearly as good as anyone on that list.

Whereas you have Ricardo Lopez in your top ten of all time?*Don't **** on someone when your list could be considered even worse for having him in the top ten, than having Tyson in the top fifty.

Lopez is great and without a doubt one of my favourite fighters to watch of all time. I truly think he is brilliant and probably what I consider the most perfect fighter to watch in terms of him being a kind of violent poetry in motion. But, I'm sad to admit that he does not belong in the top ten. It's like saying Roy Jones is a top ten fighter or Mayweather. It's based on how good they looked rather than their actual real accomplishments.

It's all based on 'what if' and his skill against lesser fighters rather than having beaten other ATG's. I think Lopez is about in the right spot at 42 or so. As Scott said though, Jofre is way too low. Guy was a monster of freak proportions. Hugely underrated by most.

Sorry, but Hagler just can't be rated above SRL in any ways.

Actually, I was complementing the OP's list for not including Aluminum Mike. Other than a few mis-orders, it's a great list, so I'm not complaining.

As for Lopez, yeah, 24 title defenses is really pathetic.

And the people who think his competition was weak are generally people who simply don't follow the strawweight division. It's always been my favorite division, and his competition was nothing to sneeze at. I'd rank several of his challengers far higher than many of Joe Louis' challengers.

I also think **** Tiger is much better than #43. Hopkins, Jones, and Toney just seem like they were jammed in at the end. QUOTE]

I agree about Tiger lolz after making it and seeing your view I thought "oh ****" I was intendingvto put him around 31 but, I don't know what happened with the Foreman thing after I looked into it I realised he was way to high and I believe I rated his comeback period wayyyy to highly so I'd probably move him to 30 - 40 next time.
Yeah your right about Jones, Toney and Hopkins. If I made a new one which I plan to soom, I will make sure to include Burley. I basically just forgot
