Your favourite and least favourite fighter and why?

Favorite: Joe Louis - A great man in and out of the ring.

Least favorite: Floyd Mayweathr Jr - A great talent, but unwilling to give the fans what they want. A con man with very little class.

Nobody Cares?
This is a forum and the purpose of a forum is to debate.
He thinks Ali is a class act, I on the other hand do not so we debate for our opinion and hopefully coem to an educated conclusion.
If you do not care about something relevant simply do not post or, if you are going to act moronically to everything that is an opinion then a forum is the wrong place for you.

Ali was mouthy, but he was not your stereotypical shallow trash talker. When it came down to it he was a man of integrity, had charisma, and in the ring he combined speed and flair with lots and lots of courage.

the late arturo gatti was my favorite... along with erik morales & manny pacquiao... entertaining fights each & everytime they fight... almost always...

i never liked safety first fighters... those who potshots and as poet puts it, "runs like ****..."
the derrick gainer, cory spinks and PBF variety... um sorry... i just dont like 'em...

Morales is my favorite fighter, Like the way he combines brawling and skill, I like that he will retreat when he has to but comes back, always comes back with something and gives his all. Arguello and Chacon are right up there too.

Dislike: Derrick "buttsmoke" Gainer, that farce against Marquez is what really sealed my disdain for him. but I already kinda didnt like him before that.

Favorite - Ezzard Charles. A great technician, but also tough as nails. Came up through one of the toughest eras. Never flashy, always disciplined.

Least Favorite - Luis Resto, Antonio Margarito. No need to explain why. It's a disgrace that Margarito will be fighting for a title.

Boxing fan these these days are making me hate Ray Leonard, but in all reality, I see him as a businessman doing his thing, like Mayweather. Not my idols, but no real dislike either.

I suppose everyone has gave me a lot of evidence to prove he had class so I'm sorry if I upset anyone. It's just the Frazier thing after he helpedhim get his liscence back, everything else I'm fine with except his loudmoth lol but, he was a smart guy I've read his autobiography and I rather enjoyed it even though it was not quite what I expected.

So to summarise Ali showed a lot of class and if he was mouthy it was for popularity purposes and popularity = business = money. The one exception being the Frazier fights.

Least Favorite: Tie - Hector Camacho and Princess Nassem......Two fighters whose utter lack of class is matched only by their anus like personalities.

People don't like to hear this,but Louis, in many ways, was always a manufactured hero.There are many things about him and what he did that certainly weren't classy - things that you'd no doubt hold against someone like a Camacho or a Hamed.


Any talented light-skinned black fighter could have filled in Louis's role at that particular time.

My favourite fighter: Julio Cesar Chavez
In my opinon his attacking style is great to watch as well as having some incredible knockouts
Least favourite- Probably nassem hames as well- he in general just annoys me and i love to see him get punched lol

Louis treated people inside and outside the ring with dignity and class. He volunteered to give up 4 years of his prime to help his country. One indiscretion and some personal demons can not distract from this.
