    I dont think so.

I'd consider someone to be an ATG when they've clearly dominated for a sufficient period.
I dont think Toney has done that.

Which fighters over the last 15 years would you consider to be ATG's?

Over the last 15 years, well this will have to be off the top of my head. So forgive me if I miss afew but,
        - Hopkins
        - Lewis
        - Mayweather
        - Calzaghie
        - Pacquao
        - Jones Jr
There are probably afew more I'd consider as well that I can't quite think of now.

In my defence I did mean to add to that, 'and won most if, not all their big fights' if that helps.

I can agree with most of this, I would also add Morales, Barrera and Holyfield
.You consider Calzaghe to be a ATG?

God Barrera is one of my all time fav's how'd I forget him.

I agree with you on those three.

Calz defo. An undeafed fighter with wins over Hopkins & Jones jr on his record, how can he not be?

toney is not an all time great,he is a good fighter though,i think that he will be regarded as a fighter that gives it is all,at his natural weight i think he is a top gun maybe ranked in the top 100[mid 90s] alltime,at heavyweight i have him ranked at about the top 300[roughly at around 250 to 260ish,

I consider the Hopkins win to be a solid win, especially with Hopkins performance against Pavlik. Jones was shot, so that fights doesn't really count imo.
                Best wins:
                Lacy
                Eubank
                Kessler
                Hopkins
                Accomplishments:
                WBO smw champion: 20 defences
                Ring LHW champion: 1 defense
                Consistency:
Consistent, always rose to the occasion

Its the lack of major names on his resume which hurts him imo, his definitely a hofer though,

                  all time
I would rank him anywhere from 95-120

I wouldn't even try to rank him as a ATG hw to be honest

Personally I think he is, based purely on his record, and like you said, he was all was in great shape, and never had sub par performances, especially in the big fights.

Even tho I though Hopkins won their fight and he definately pulled a Leonard on Jones jr. He still got credit for the win, so his gotta be a ATG.
