You don't know **** about boxing.
    US nostalgic stan...

Go on youtube, watch videos of Carnera and big bro Klit.

Carnera had no skills, and wasn't in shape.
You CAN'T say that about Vitali.
Carnera and Vitaly had were very similar in their styles and when I get back I will post the video's to prove it. And unlike Vitaly, Carnera's heart can never be questioned. He took beatings and ALWAYS tried to go on. Klit was WINNING a fight and quit instead of sucking it up.. We'll see who knows what and who knows ****.

Note the wild swinging and low left, pawing jab of Klitschko much like Carnera. Notice the similar footwork. Anybody who watches closely will see the similarities between these fighters. Im not saying Carnera was better because I don't think he was. But Vitaly is a product of an awful heavyweight division and overrated in my opinion.

I dont watch boxing at lower weights that Chris John...under that its like midget wrestling, its funny, but the entertainment doesnt last too long.
I guess that says it all.

Just watch Vitali vs. Lewis, why talk about Greene, seriously, Klitschko landed 30 punches int he final 45 seconds of the first round in the Green fight, thats more than Carnera threw in a single round against Louis. Stop being a joke, vitali paws with the jab to set up the right. Of course hes throwing wildly...when his opponent is staggering wildly, he was landing with everything as his opponent tried to escape. He was relentless.

As for his footwork, Vitali doesnt stand on his toes like Carnera, he doesnt pretend to box like everyone else, he plants his feet and he fights, he is fearless, Carnera on the other hand refused to use his size and strength advantage.

Also Vitali throws and throws, literally about 8x as much as Carnera, he gets his hands off quickly and he has quick reflexes. Quick enough to move back to dodge.

I've watched V vs Lewis many times. What I notice more and more is how he pulls his head straight back.

Lol, Carnera fought on his toes? Please provide proof of this. I hope its better than the proof you tried to use showing Ali had been "knocked down often by light heavyweights".

Like I've said, Vitaly is good against todays fat, slow out of shape heavies. Things would surely look different against men who actually knew how to fight. Louis would have massacred him.

If so , then they should be considered lightheavyweights and not middleweights.

                • Funny how comparing boxers from the past with boxers from the present always ends up with mentioning the K brothers.

Watch the video of Carnera, he is circling on his toes, his feet arent planted and he has a trash jab and a weak right. Its nothing like Vitali. Carnera never plants to throw, never engages, it looks like he spends the whole fight trying to counter punch.

Of course Vitali pulls back to dodge, Ali did the same thing, but you dont complain about that. Also Ali was knocked unconcious by 188 lbs Henry Cooper. What a joke, and Ali refused to rematch 190 lbs Doug Jones...haha, and hed stand a chance against Vitali? Dude I did my computer simulation, Ali cant beat vitali.

Think it's because their fans in their heart know they are in a weak era and gild the lily so to speak. They are dominant in a weak era, not their fault but it is what it is.
