How did Brian Nielsen beat Larry Holmes?

When you think of Brian Nielsen, you think of a tough journeyman/fringe contender who beat some good and semi-decent opposition but never anyone of note. But wait a minute, HOF'r Larry Holmes is on his record with a "W" next to it....

Can someone whose seen the fight enlighten me? How could Larry Holmes lose to this guy? Was he robbed or was he just outworked? Is this fight worth seeing? Thanks...

As I recall it Holmes played the rope-a-dope almost the whole fight. He got outworked by Nielsen and lost a close but fair decision.

Worth seeing??? I never was a Nielsen fan and this fight didn't and doesn't interest me other than because of the name-value.

I'm not sure if it was intentional on Nielsen's part, but atleast one opponent of his came out and admitted that he had thrown the fight against him.
