He did the same thing to Rocky Lockridge. Pedroza was a dirty fighter who didn't have to, for he was a very excellent and talented counter puncher

I think he had to in this fight though, LaPorte was fired up but Pedroza took the fight right out of him with his bodywork, as well as the low blows. He had to get rough in there.

In his fight against Lockridge, Lockridge dominated the first half of the fight, but was slowed down considerably for the second half because of Pedroza's tactics. Pedroza beat the hell out of Rocky the last 5 rounds of the fight.

TS, just wanted to get your thoughts on Bert Sugar not ranking Pedroza in his top 100 fighters and ring magazine ranking him over Thomas Hearns.

HUh??? I'll agree Pedroza was a great champ but he made Hopkins look like a saint! And those guys ducked him? NO

By the way Zamora did fight him, but it lasted only a couple rounds.

Pedroza's nuts, back, and ribs must've been sore for such a long time.

If you tried to count how many fouls he committed against Laporte, you'd probably lose count pretty quickly.
