As a general rule I believe the lighter weight classes produce the better fighters. Also, Heavyweights get enough attention as it is from the vast majority of fans who are obsessed with Heavyweights.

well im not really hear to debate with you just prove my point.....pryor was alot faster than armstrong....just look at his combinations....armstrong wouldnt beat prime duran, arguello, pacquiao, pryor, mayweather, mosley, delahoya, etc...meanwhile SRR and ali would beat greats in their weight classes...the great thing about the armstrong myth is his prime is only a good 2-3 year run...

Can you tell me which Armstrong fights you have seen that make you believe what you are saying?

He was better than Ray Robinson, IMO.

Well I was kind of hoping to get some responses as to why Ali would belong on a top 2 or 3 list.

What is your case for Ali as being ranked the GOAT or #2 or #3?

Why is Ricardo Lopez, Perez, Jofre, Canto, Jones Jr, and Hagler on it, but Harry Greb, Archie Moore, Mick Walker, Carlos Monzon, Julio Cesar Chavez, Barney Ross aint?

Well, I have Greb, Monzon, and Walker rated at 7, 9, and 16 respectively at Middleweight. I have Ross 7 at Welterweight, and Chavez 10 at Lightweight. Now how on Earth am I going to have them cracking my top-20 p4p when they don't even make my top-5 in their divisions? As for Moore, I'm nearly as dubious ranking Light-Heavies p4p as I am Heavies: Only Charles and Jones made the list and in Charles' case he was the greatest Light-Heavy ever.
