The initial offer agreement was devoid of Olympic Style Testing in 2009

Maybe this is the added starter Floyd used to get out of Manny agreeing somewhere around 2010.

Keep telling you when they first sat down there was no talk of Olympic Style testing. Maybe one of these days that fact will sink in

I wasn't the one who brought up OST. It couldn't have been because OST would not allow for any cut-off.

I've said they agreed to extra testing, but wouldn't agree on the time frame. Do you need to hear it directly from Bob Arum? This is in May of 2010. First negotiation ended in January of 2010.

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum tells BoxingScene.com that pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao will not make any concessions in order to ensure that a mega-buck fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. takes place. He branded numerous internet reports claiming Pacquiao agreed to a 14-day cut-off on the drug testing as “totally false.”

Arum made it clear that both he and Pacquiao are standing firm on a 24-day cut-off period for the random blood tests and the previously agreed upon 50-50 split on the money. Arum told us “all I’m saying, right now we are holding to our position.”

You've now heard it directly from Pacquiao, from his manager, and now from his Promoter.

No I'm not. I've only asked you a question which you've ducked and ducked and ducked. If it feels like we are going in circles it's because I ask a question, you duck, and rinse and repeat.

But we both know why you refuse to answer, don't we? Because the answer destroys your argument and you will be stuck with an uncomfortable truth.

The defamation lawsuit is separate from the fight negotiation.

You want to keep this conversation going (three damn notifications from you???) but you want to keep ducking and dodging. Get some help or grow a pair.
Dude in a court of law, you would be laughed all the way out of the courtroom.

All Manny really says in that video is he is willing to random blood test before the fight, and immediately after.

            r.
Mayweather tried to push for Olympic Style testing using a company that even Arum was unfamiliar with did you catch that or no

I'm pretty sure that would be you...laughed out and right into a holding cell for ducking questions.

Did he say he is unwilling to accept a 14 day cut-off in that video?

Let me guess. You will duck it

Yes. And he became familiar with it. And he told you that they agreed to testing but only if there is a 24 day cut off, not a 14 day cut off. Did you catch that or no

Now let's get back to making you duck. Was the 14 day cut off a reasonable offer? Or is it unreasonable to expect someone to be back to full health 14 days after giving a teaspoon of blood. Let me know!

Do you think Pacquaio needed 3 weeks to recover from giving blood, or do you think 2 weeks was reasonable?
                  This isn’t the point though

I said so earlier, even I think Pacquiao was on PEDs. But so is 90 percent of the rest. Likely even Floyd.

the point is. The biggest fight of the Century was blindsided by FLOYD who out of knowhere suddenly had an issue with Pacquiao. He had no issues with Shane, Canelo and every other roider in boxing. They are all cheating. ONLY Pacquiao.

he derailed the fight. Who gives a **** what happened after.

He thought Pacquiao was cheating because he moved up in weight and kicked everyones ass. He said so himself.

If you can’t see this I don’t know why we are arguing

How did he derail the fight if both of them agreed to extra testing?

You are claiming you have a problem with the extra testing. Pacquaio's camp itself said the extra testing was not the issue.

Pacquiao made his own demands of Mayweather, like owing a certain amount of money if Mayweather comes in heavy. Mayweather agreed. What's the issue?

So why would he allow a company he or his people is barely familiar with, is implemented by the opposition, to blood test him all the way up to the day of the fight, in the biggest fight of his career

"They told me they were going to insist on drug testing by this organization called USADA [United States Anti-Doping Agency] and it had never been done before," Arum said. "We were thrown for a loop. 'What is USADA? What is this? What is that?' We went back and forth. At the time we almost had it sorted out, they were telling Manny he could be drug-tested as he was going into the ring. It was all this crazy [expletive].
