Is that what they call the drunk tank at your local Psyche ward, "management"?
Leave the adolescents alone.

Is that what they taught you during your stay at the looney bin, reverse psychology? Sorry but you shenanigans aren't going to work here. Everyone knows you're the forum drunk. Stop trying to cast your shortcomings on to others before those guys in white coats come looking for you again.

- - Nobody wore white coats, but maybe it was the white coats that shut down U shady bar for serving Mickey Finns. Was U arrested also or just another arrested development victim?

Whatever you say McMurphy.. Now go get your mop bucket and take care of those floors. Just stay off the children's ward.
I think Buster would have gotten himself into better shape than he was for Holyfield, but probably not as good as he was for Tyson. That said, it was smart of Jones to not take that fight. Contrary to popular belief Douglas was a very good fighter when motivated. He had all the tools to be a great fighter, he just didn't have that fighting spirit. Jones would have his moments darting in and out, but Douglas would be land that very good and very long jab of his and letting Roy walk into hooks and uppercut. I think Buster if motivated stops Jones in 6 or 7 rounds.
Exactly how I see it. Jones beat Ruiz but there are very few if any top 5 heavyweights I would favor Jones to beat. Especially a fighter like Douglas who was big, tall, with a quick and heavy left jab. I think Jones saw it that way too which is why he moved back down to 175.
I also read years later Jones saying his father didn't like the fight and strongly advised him against it and that influenced his decision.

- - Roy picked Buster because he was a name with 6 years of diabetic retirement that blew up to 400lbs and went into ICU. Prob being Buster was on a streak of impressive wins including some KOs.
Yeah, Sr could see the pitfalls, but a shot Field turned Roy down to go get KOed by Toney for peanuts. Roy also had a signed contract to fight Corrie Sanders that Daddy also nixed.

More lies and rubbish. This fight didn't happen because Jones wanted the WBO trinket Sanders won when he ko'd Wlad and Wlad never pursued a rematch. The WBO stripped Sanders making the fight less meaningful to Jones, who loved collecting belts. Jones father had nothing to do with Roy's decision.

- - U English mo' single IQ digit gibberish. Sanders is the one who wanted Roy, not vice versa, and Roy gave him a lucrative contract that Roy ditched after Sanders signed.
Sanders was obligated to face his mandatory that paid squat. Unlike U he had amazing athletic talent and ambition, and so rather than be stripped of the WBO for nothing, he went straight into a good $$$ fight with WBC Champ Vitali which was epic.

Why wouldn't Sanders want Jones? He thought it would be an easy payday. But the fight fell apart when money couldn't be agreed upon, not because Jones father "nixed" the fight. I can provide a source to my claim, I'll bet you can't provide a source for yours. You never can because you make things up in that alcohol soaked brain of yours.
