Duran one of the ATG’s, still very overrated by most and seemingly unbeatable in fantasy fights, not so much in reality though. I’d pick plenty to beat him at WW.

Lightweight is a different story, I’d pick him to beat most there. But not all.

Welter weight has to be the premier division in boxing... At best I could put a fighter on a short list, but for welter? that could not be a top five for any fighter except maybe Robinson and Armstrong. But even those two... could lose to other great Welters.
