If you use modern weigh-in rules, your list doesn't stop there. With some 28+ hours to rehydrate with iv, you'd have to pick from a pool including Clay/Ali, Frazier, Liston and many many more.

This is a Cruiserweight thread, not a Holyfield post Cruiserweight thread. And Holy still the top dog of the cruiser division in my opinion. Usyk has an argument for first, but I think Evander the more skilled of the two, in my opinion.

Since when has skill ever been a parameter for greatness? You (and I) have always measured greatness by resume only and never include skills or fantasy fights.

It's my belief they're both very close resume-wise at cruiser. I lean more towards Evanders skillset to breakthe tie, but honestly wouldn't argue to vehemently against Usyk being at the top. Both great fighters at the Cruiserweight division and heavyweight.

Both guys are tough, can fight bigger men well, both have remarkable skill sets... but as far as intangibles go, I lean towards the bstard maker. He just fought better competition.

At heavyweight I agree 100%. At Cruiserweight it's pretty close.

Funny, because if I'm not mistaken the 190lb division was around longer than today's 200lb division. So again, your point Is pointless. That's like saying Dempsey, Marciano and others weren't heavyweights because the limits changed after then.
