Why would Pacquiao need 24 days? Heck...why would he even need 14 days? I don't know, but if he was worried about being weakened, surely 14 days would have been sufficient.

Reminds me of that youtube video they did of Floyd Mayweather's Punch Out video game where it had these long sets of rules saying stuff like you have to agree to my terms like 60-40 money split and "not be in your prime" lol. No, he did not agree to the 14 day cut-off during the first negotiation.

He only agreed to it after that negotiation fell through and Mayweather then said he won't be allowing any cut-off dates for his fights from there on out.


You actually don't help Pac's case by admitting that he then came back and said 14 days is fine....but this was months after Mayweather declared no cut-off dates for any of his fights immediately after the 1st negotiation collapsed.
