There still needs to be a contract that both parties agree to. If you say the fight could have been moved to Vegas, then show us the offer from a promoter for Vegas and tell us the time frame when it was made so that we can discuss whether the offer was fair and if any circumstances within the time frame would justify the fight not happening.
