Wlad against Tyson and Others

Wlad is nothing like Lewis. Morrison speed and power may be too much. it just shows how good that era of the early 90's Bowe Lewis Holyfield Mercer McCall Morrison. Holmes are Wlad would not have been Champ in that era.

Well, that last part I dunno. Holmes handled a prime Mercer easy when he was like 104 years old, ya?

Both Wlad and Lewis fought tall and liked to keep their opponents outside and on the end of their punches. I do believe Lewis was better and certainly much tougher than Wlad, but I believe the result against Morrison would be the same. Who can say for sure though, and like I said, Tommy always has a punchers chance. I wholeheartedly agree the early 90's was an exceptional era in heavyweight boxing.

It took two rounds for the late Corrie Sanders to annihilate Klitschko. Prime Tyson does the job in two minutes.

Reverse it, Buster Douglas has zero chance vs prime Wlad, yet not only did he knock out Tyson, he absolutely schooled him before that. I believe if Tyson does not get Wlad out of there inside 4 rounds, especially keepingin mind Tyson always tired as fights went on, Wlad could start picking him off with ease. I'd favour Wlad, personally 2/3 times. Wlad was better and more effective than the eye test would suggests, and I think you could say the opposite for Tyson. Nash out

I'll agree with you, but only in regard to the post-Holyfield version of Tyson, who indeed tended to shoot his load early.

Prime Tyson was more patient, and could fight hard for the full distance when required.

I still think Wlad would be too slow and robotic for that version of Iron Mike.

When I see Wladamir fight it appears to me he is violating Rules on a non-stop basis. He's grabbing and holding and rabbit punching in back of head and slapping on breaks, pushing and doing all kind of stuff. Countless knockdown's are pushes with him.

I find it hard to take him seriously, the fight with alexander povetkin was disgusting what he was getting away with, frankly it's tough to watch. I couldn't wait for him to disappear and never return again. It seemed a low point in the heavyweight championship. I was a big fan of his brother.

With any fight with Wlad it's all about how much the referee will let him get away with so it's impossible to predict an outcome when the 3rd man in the ring is basically the most important factor.

That's just how i see it.
