How about Franklin vs Joshua? If he can get in shape to go 12 hard rounds, and he can take Joshua's best punch... I could maybe see him grind down the Brit over the distance. I think it would be a cracking fight, whichever way it goes - and would much prefer this to a Joshua - Whyte return match!
Franklin sure takes a shot,he needs to drop about12/15 lbs,if he does he wont be an easy night for AJ.

He just staring out , and has beaten fighters with winning records. His last opponent was 13-2. Not bad for a 4-0 fighter. His celling may be capped and won't go beyond the top 30 level at box rec. Not that box rec ratings are the best but at least they are computerized and free of " criminal rankings "

          - - Lessee, lethargic, light punching, no pedigree, no flash, speed, or matchmaking until his last bout with the clearly shot Whyte who was quite a bit more formidable coming up in the top 25 than his current #7 in boxrec, yeah, go git 'em, Fwankie!

Of these, Whyte clearly shot needs a few mop up fights to exit as an exciting former contender as does Chisora, who if boxrec had a rank facing the highest caliber hvys, he'd be #1 in a landslide. Dubois just a big strong kid with near zero IQ being used as Warren's pawn to make his illicit $$$.

Deyonce likely in Whyte territory, but since his record is overall so light in the loafers as to begger belief, we won't know until he faces someone with a pulse that most up and comer undefeateds aren't likely to do since the 0 is everything to getting a title shot these days.

Ortiz at gatekeeper level and Parker still in the mix needs to stay busy. The rest an assortment of aged, unproven hvys with no buzz to them disturbingly ancient by age with few youthful hvys.

Probably if you compared the top 10 with traditional Ring top 10, this era would be ok as long as you understand the further you go back into time the more Legends you pull up, many predating Ring rankings that can never be ranked by Ring.

I would cross out and the guys in red due to age! A computers can't see this. Shaw is out due to a loss. And Whyte may have been semi decent 1-3 years ago, now he is not.

I like ring magazine ratings better.

I imagine that Franklin will be light work for Joshua then.
I'm thinking that Wilder will get rid of Ruiz faster than Joshua gets rid of Franklin.

                - - Fat Andy ain't a TBA fighter. More likely Deyonce ducks him.

AJ still the big $$$ dream fight for the division.

Wilder rolls on; never met a fighter he didn't at least knock down multiple times or draw with. And AJ, still ducking him in favor of Franklin level, the least risk for the most money for any active heavyweight...or Cruiserweight.
