Not a heavyweight, but I heard Claressa Shields in women's boxing, a middleweight, did move down to light middleweight, 154 to also become undisputed and lineal champion at that weight class as well.

A cage match ala pro wrestling or MMA. The use of MMA gloves and blunt force weapons. More interesting stipulations, like the winner gets a nice retirement package or no longer gets screwed over by their boss/landlord, this way things don't have to be tied up in courts. It's down to just if you're in the right, you win it in the ring. Got squatters in your house? Beat one in the ring and the cops can legally remove them. Only dispute would be the scorecards then. Gotta have judges that know what the hell they're doing. Got an online beef? Settle it in the ring or cage.
