Jones by decision for me. He'd be very wary of Foster's power and would likely take a defensive decision win.

At 6''3 and a 78 inch reach Foster had size advantages over all of his Light Heavyweight opponents faced. Facing Jones he would have there advantages once again.

Foster's had a long hard accurate Jab was one of the finest ever, and he had scary power in his left hook and had a great right to. Althought his competition faced at LHW wasn't the strongest ever, he held onto the Title for 6 years and made 14 defences. Of his 56 wins, 46 came by KO. And people tend to forget he was also a fine defensive boxer, whose record against quick moving, elusive men was exemplary- Mike Quarry, Mark Tessman, and Chris Finegan were all knocked out, while Foster out pointed Ray Anderson and Pierre Fourie twice.

In his prime years Jones liked to do no boxer had ever attempted before him. Whether it was jabbing from a distance, hitting and slipping from middle range, or throwing explosive combinations on the inside, his mastery is phenomenal, and he has the power to take a man out with a single blow.

I feel he has beat the better oppostion that Foster did, althought I do feel Foster took the more risks.

This is a interesting fight for a number of reasons. Would Foster be to big and to long for the once Middlweight Jones? Or would Jones's power and speed of punch get to Foster. Do at LHW Foster's chin was pretty sound to be fair.

Foster had the power to hurt most LHW's and if he were to catch the hands down Roy, it would smell trouble for Jones. Lets not forget the limted Lou Del Valle dropped him.

This could go two ways, After canceling Jones's speed out with his long accurate Jab, Foster catches Jones on the button for a clean KO Victory.

The other outcome would be Jones uses his speed to dazzle Foster, while catching him with hard combinations before dropping him on way to a decision victory.

Don't ask me to pick which one would be the outcome..........
