I've met and spoken to George several times and I'm amazed that the man will be 70 years old this year. George still works out daily with weights and is still physically a bull of a man.

His recollection of fights, dates and details is unbelievable and not just his own. George was identified as a youth as being of high intelligence (I think he skipped a grade) and I believe he speaks a few languages. He's still on TV quite a bit up here in the Toronto area and he's still a great interview.

When you consider that George had close to 100 professional fights, took alot of punches and fought until he was 42 his condition today is unbelievable.
