when you throw those punches, do you think you can hurt someone?
extend all the way, and turn your body with each punch

imo the best way to increase punching speed is to throw straight/hook punches with full body torque and power on the heavybag with fullspeed and go at the bag as hard as you can for about 10 seconds(at the end of each rd on the bag), you should get a good amount of punches in. It will condition you with abs of steel that are powerful and explosive aswell as give you the smooth effortless motions of throwing combo's without sacrificing power, dont sacrifice power, just think, "hit harder, hit faster", never one element

Its too difficult to tell with the video quality.

I have a video short taken with my camera phone a few years ago which makes Roy Jones jnr look slow next to me!!! Its all an illusion.

If there was decent 30+FPS HD video of the guy you could make a better assessment.
