There is no way you can do a hard core body building workout in the morning and train for boxing in the evening. Dorian Yates would train only 3 sessions a week for just over an hour. The body needs time to recover ,relax and grow. You can train long or hard but not both at the same time.
If you do a silly easy weight training session in the morning and a half hearted boxing session in the evening you could keep the regime going but it would be totally pointless.
