    i have rather fat gluteals (a*se) does anyone no of any stretches or workouts that specifically target the glutes ? i need to tone it up so i thought stretches would do the trick got any ideas ?

      but anyways if u wanna get rid of butt fat then i think running could be the answer. dont sit around too much at home either. thats obvious.

        i know hes a guy i was just making fun

        do lots of squats and other squat related excercises
        run
        lay off the fatty products and try to leave some carbs alone
        they might be getting stored in your ass

          yea bro make sure you do plenty of squats. I also heard leg lifts will help tone your arse. Plus you can do them anytime

                  squats, do squats while you're holding weights also. Do ***gy-o lunges also Hamstring curls, lying hamstring stretches

                  Not sure if running helps the ass but I'm sure it does. Try swimming also that helps just about everything

                    run run run mate! even roun with track pants on to lose fat off ya gleuts and tone up. Doing heavy squats, makes butt muscles bigger, so dont do them.
