Holman Williams or James Toney who do you rate as the greater fighter?

For me its williams he boxed in a much harder era and was faceing top fighters right through his career, and has a better resume of wins, also if they would of boxed williams beats toney from what i have read about him he sounds like the complete fight! jackie blackburn would make a joe louis watch him shadowbox he was that good!
