I've just joined a boxing gym, And am really unfit, Dam i come last on freaking everything, i'm surprised the trainers don't kick me out for being unfit,
Anyway so Here's my routine any tips?
Monday - Jog in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
Tuesday - Jog in the morning - 1 hour weight training evening
Wednesday - Driving lesson in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
Thursday - Jog in the morning - 1 hour weight training evening
Friday - Jog in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
Saturday - In depressed
Sunday - Rest day
and whats the deal with sparring? Do you go all out or What?
