  • Training routine

    I've just joined a boxing gym, And am really unfit, Dam i come last on freaking everything, i'm surprised the trainers don't kick me out for being unfit,

    Anyway so Here's my routine any tips?

    Monday - Jog in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
    Tuesday - Jog in the morning - 1 hour weight training evening
    Wednesday - Driving lesson in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
    Thursday - Jog in the morning - 1 hour weight training evening
    Friday - Jog in the morning - 2 hours boxing evening
    Saturday - In depressed
    Sunday - Rest day

    and whats the deal with sparring? Do you go all out or What?

    That seems quite an intense routine if you're that unfit! - Your body is in for a hell of a shock. I'd take things slow and simple and gradually build your cardio/weights up over time...good luck

      What Lloyd said and noo you don't go full out in sparring, sparring is there for practicing your technique and such. Only go full out if both people agree to it but sparring isn't really there for going all out.
