One of the greatest junior mws of all time in my opinion. Made a lot of defenses before losing the WBA title to Whitaker. And that was a good fight. Beat Castillejo and Winky, among others. Also Carl Daniels, the knockout of the year. Bottomed out when he moved up to mw, but will always be known as a one of the Argentinian greats. Probably one of their five greatest boxers.

He is a nice guy too. I've never seen a fighter personally hand over his belt to the fighter who had beaten him, like he did against Boudouani.
