6 days a week aswell. 2-3 hours a day. My day off is saturday. I'm taking the summer of from the gym, so right now i'm not sparring. I also got a sprained wrist, so i haven't hit the bag in about two weeks. It's healing up nicely, but i don't want to injure it again.
Since i can't hit the bag i'm focusing on running and strenght and conditioning, been doing more lifting and plyometrics. It's frustrating cause i love hitting the bag.
Usually i would spar 1 to 3 times a week depending on who is at the gym when i'm there.

i train 7 days a week. maybe 3 days of focusing on cardio and fitness and 4 days that focus more on technique and movement training. and sparring or drills whenever i can. i do martial arts, but, the general amount of training for a serious person amounts to nearly the same.
on short days, i train an hour or so. on some days, 4 - 6 hours.
