Either a big bowl of oatmeal with some strawberries and a bit of cinnamon, or a shake with water, chocolate protein powder, a banana, oatmeal, peanut butter.

Right now OJ and 2 croissants. Sometimes I ditch the frenchness and go for crumpets.
When in season, like now, often OJ and mangoes.

A frothy Cappuccino, two croissants with honey, milk brioche rolls with jam and pain du chocolat. I have O.J., fruit salad and muesli for brunch. Spread your meals to 6-9 times a day. It'll spead up your metabolism and you can eat what you want!

One bowl of Kelloggs Special K or Fruit & Fibre.. Add 1 chopped banana, 1 natural yogurt & some semi skimmed milk.. I sometimes cheat & use strawberry yogurt instead..
