Its made by the same team who worked on the first Bioshock dumbass,they have set up a new studio that alot of the original Bioshock creaters have moved to,the only person who wont be the boss of the product is Ken Levine

The team that are working on it are the team that did the whole Sander Cohen bit on Bioshock,if u need reminding thats the bit with the crazy man who looks like the Joker where u had to kill 4 of his enemys,take pictures and hang it on his art wall,the place with the frozen statues that are real people alive,that IMO,was a higlight moment in Bioshock

These are the ones creating Bioshock two. 2K Boston are moving onto a new project.
