UPDATE: MMAWeekly's Scott Petersen has learned that Phil Baroni has had his fight license revoked by the Athletic Commission suspended for one year IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT. Baroni has also been fined $5,000 dollars. The Athletic Commission said the way he treated the referee was the direct result. No news yet of the state of Nevada will also follow the ruling. I just emailed the Nevada Athletic Commission to confirm but usually in a case where one body bans someone the other will honor it. If this is the case Baroni won't be able to fight in Nevada or Connecticut. I'm not sure how New Jersey is and if they will let him fight or not. I'll post the reply of the email if they send one.

Dear Sirs,
The Connecticut athletic commission just suspended the UFC's Phil Baroni for life for his actions in a match on November 21st. Will Phil Baroni be allowed to fight in Nevada or will you honor their suspension?
Thank You,
