TKO 14 is under construction and names are beginning to surface. The TKO 14 event will take place in Victoriaville Quebec on Nov 29th 2003. After a strong TKO 13 show that saw Steve Vigneault defend his Middleweight belt is looks like he will be defending his Light Heavyweight belt this time around. He will be facing off against Patric Cote who defeated Yan Pellerin via decision at the past TKO 13 event. Vigneault won the Lightheavyweight crown but has yet to defend it and although he is a natural middleweight (some say even Welterweight) he wants to defend the Light Heavyweight crown at least once before he vacates the title and concentrates on his natural weight class.

The one and only Pat Smith has been rumored to be coming back to the world of MMA, and it looks he could be fighting at TKO 14!!! It has been a long time since we last saw Pat Smith fighting in MMA but the word on the street is that he is in awesome shape and that he is training hard. He is supposedly walking around at 245 pounds, ripped and ready to rumble. His rumored opponent is Paul Dube who is a heavyweight boxer out of Montreal with a legit boxing background. This one could be a war if it comes together.

It looks like the TKO 14 card will headline with TKO 13's original main event. Pete Spratt will be looking to face off against Georges St Pierre. As many of you know this bout was originally scheduled to take place at TKO 13 but St Pierre injured his leg and was unable to fight. He was also scheduled to fight in Russia in an M-1 event but that was put on ice due to his injury. Last time out, the Sushiboy was there and saw Pete Spratt come in what looked to be the best shape of his life. Spratt looked ripped from head to toe and promised fireworks in his fight with St Pierre. It looks like St Pierre will be facing the toughest challenge of his short career.

In our last TKO news and notes feature, we mentioned that Monte Cox may well be sending his fighters back to the TKO arena in the near future. There were some problems in the past but they seemed to be all but ironed out and it looks like the date that both the TKO management and Team Extreme may be looking at is January of 2004. The President of TKO has informed us that the winner of St Pierre Vs Pete Spratt could face Jason Black in the January TKO event. St Pierre or Spratt vs Black could be a great bout for TKO.

In other Canadian News it looks like Stephane Vigneault who is the younger brother of Steve Vigneault may fight Richard "The Monkey" Nancoo. The winner of that bout would be inline to fight the champion Mark "THe Machine" Hominick for the 145 title in January. Curtis Brigham's name has also come up and he may enter the TKO 145lb division at some point, possibly in January or November.

The tentative TKO 14 November card looks like this, keep in mind that anything can change at any time.

    Donald Ouimet Vs Dave Goulet

    Steve Vigneault Vs Patric Cote

Pete Spratt Vs Georges St Pierre

    Steve Claveau Vs Ryan Diaz

    Pat Smith Vs Paul Dube

    Cameron Brown Vs Yan Pellerin

    BIll Mahood Vs TBA
