    What Do You Guys Eat As A Healthy Snack And How Often Do You?

    Fruits, honey, sometimes nuts. I eat a lot of fruit, and almost no nuts when I'm training hard.

        Crisps and chocolate. lolz.
        Apples and bananas homemade popcorn with no added sugar is good too. I also drink a pint of water when i'm hungry, it normally fills a bit of a hole.

          I usually grab myself a apple or a peach, maybe those little fruit salads in a cup.

              I usually have natural plain bio yoghurt. In a 500g tub you get 25g of protein and less than 1g of fat. If you can't stomach the taste just add a little honey to sweeten it up.
