    Does anyone know what is the suggested amount of burnt calories on a daily basis. I did 2 hrs of cardio, which amounted to 1350 calories being burnt, is this a good habit to fall in to?

    burnt calories a day depends on what you consume. make sure you are consuming nothing over the "normal" amount of calories in order to start cutting the ones already overdrawn.

      yes...if you can use more than you take in, you will gradually lose weight
