Lol well you will need to find a gym thats for sure, you have to have a coach. And as for running I can run for an hour straight and I still have trouble going three rounds. SO as much as you can take. I would go 15, 30, 45, and then an hour every night.
hey im also starting boxing.... im actually checking a gym out tomorrow with a friend. i was wondering if anyone could tell me if in gyms they help out eager beginners very much or just leave them be for most the time they are in there. Im 16 and ive been wanting to start since i was probly 12

thats a hell of a long time to be running id do a fast 15 min run and build it up as you go along if you av never done much running but change my run each day i.e up hill slow , on the flat sprinting
