Heavyweight prospect Erik Pfeifer (4-0) takes on British veteran Michael Sprott (42-29) on April 13 in Halle / Saale (Germany).

The 32-year old Pfeifer is a two-time Olympian and won a bronze in the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships where he lost to Anthony Joshua. As a pro he is signed with EC Boxing in Hamburg. Topping the bill in Halle is EBU lightheavy champ Dominic Boesel defending the title against Orial Kulaj.  The show is promoted by SES.

Croatian heavyweight Petar Milas (13-0) was left without an opponent when Frenchman Cyril Leonard pulled out with an injury and stopped the planned fight for the vacant EU title.

No suitable substitute could be found and Milas will now take on Russian Dennis Bakhtov (39-14) in a non-title fight tonight in Munich. In another headliner on this big Petko´s Box Promotion show supe feather Edgar Walth (6-0) square off against Hungarian Attila Csereklye (10-16-0). Headlining the show are Serge Michel (8-0) vs Ryan Ford (15-4).

Adasat Rodriguez (18-8-2) and Jose Manuel Lopez Clavero (13-13-1) clash for the vacant IBF Mediterranean title June 1 in Puerto de la Cruz. Both men are former Spanish champions; Rodriguez at lightheavy and Clavero at superwelter.

The Lolenga Mock (42-16-1) vs Mateo Damian Veron (28-22-3) fight on May 18 in Aarhus (Denmark) have been upgraded from a IBA Intercontinental fight to a IBA World title fight.

However, Veron take on Leon Bauer (15-0-1) in Wolfsburg today and must get through that without any serious injuries. Veron beat Mock earlier this year and he´s got speed on his side and that is something the Danish-Congolese warrior always had trouble with.
